Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish financial operating rhythms and oversee business strategy, operational goals, and policies with Product, AI, Project leaders, and Controllership.
  • •Own consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis for short- and long-term planning and forecasting.
  • •Lead core finance processes including budgets, pacing, estimate updates, and long-range plans.
  • •Support ERP modernization projects in Finance and HR and develop tools/processes to deliver strategic operational insights.
  • •Prepare and deliver monthly op reviews, manage vendor insights, and structure, coach, and develop junior talent.

Key Requirements
