Key Responsibilities

•Establish financial operating rhythms and oversee business strategy, operational goals, and policies with Product, AI, Project leaders, and Controllership.
•Own consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis for short- and long-term planning and forecasting.
•Lead core finance processes including budgets, pacing, estimate updates, and long-range plans.
•Support ERP modernization projects in Finance and HR and develop tools/processes to deliver strategic operational insights.
•Prepare and deliver monthly op reviews, manage vendor insights, and structure, coach, and develop junior talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of financial experience with advanced leadership and financial stewardship.
•Experience managing financial metrics and forecasting, including budgeting and pacing.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•Demonstrated senior financial management and leadership experience in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
•Strong executive presence with integrity, excellent judgment, and business acumen.
