Key Responsibilities

  • •Conceptualize video tactics with Business Owners, Copywriters, Designers, Video Editors, Video Manager, and Creative Director to support business, marketing, and branding objectives.
  • •Edit raw camera footage and audio, including sound effects, music, and motion graphics, and apply color grading and cleanup to create coherent storylines.
  • •Lead brainstorming and develop early creative concepts that can expand across channels such as digital, social, events, branded content, websites, and mobile.
  • •Maintain WGU video style guide and brand assets, including creating and updating editing/animation/motion templates to ensure consistent quality.
  • •Mentor and train junior staff and improve workflows, data management, and postproduction processes for quality and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, film studies, or related field, or 7 years in the film and television production industry.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in post-production (editing, motion graphics, color correction, animation, etc.).
  • •Deep understanding of video production principles, practices, techniques, technology, and standards.
