Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead responses to client RFI/RFQ/RFPs using standard pursuit processes for schedule and bid compliance.
  • •Create annotated outlines and content plans, recommending proposal section structures to technical teams.
  • •Serve as lead writer/editor for tailored proposals, including resumes, past performance sections, executive summaries, and management approaches.
  • •Facilitate and incorporate feedback from Pink and Red team reviews and quality reviews, managing revision implementation.
  • •Support go/no-go and greenlight analyses, complete proposal debriefs, and assist win/loss debriefs and client feedback collection for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Strong understanding of proposal and presentation strategy development, compliance, writing, and production.
  • •Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience demonstrating leadership qualities and excellent writing skills with strong attention to detail.
