•Own BJAK’s UK brand identity and visual systems across all platforms.
•Build UK-first visual narratives and translate business objectives into visual storytelling.
•Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary UK creative team, setting standards for quality and execution.
•Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the UK brand vision.
•Build and manage creative workflows, partnering with UK growth/product/leadership and using data to optimize campaigns.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,000 - 85,000 annually
