  • •Own and shape a multi-year pipeline of strategically important water opportunities, monitoring budgets, ROI, capture rates, and other KPIs.
  • •Prioritise enterprise critical pursuits and tiered bids, manage work-winning resources, and proactively resolve risks or blockers.
  • •Lead bid reviews and facilitate workshops where required, constructively challenge client value propositions, and influence bid/no-bid decisions.
  • •Embed work-winning best practices and govern quality for bid collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets; drive win/loss learning into measurable improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record leading a bid/work-winning function in infrastructure, engineering, or the built environment with clear accountability for outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated experience inspiring, developing, and line managing high-performing teams.
  • •Experience translating business goals into actionable work-winning plans and ensuring team focus on strategic outcomes.
  • •Extensive understanding of work-winning methodologies and experience leading/supporting major bids and proposals in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
  • •Degree-level qualification (or equivalent); APMP Professional certification is desirable, and water sector knowledge/experience is desirable.
