Install, commission, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and related equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical faults in refrigeration technology, and provide on-site customer instruction and technical guidance. Document completed work and create service reports while coordinating closely with technical support teams. Perform service and after-sales activities primarily across the German-speaking region in North Germany.
