Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of refrigeration systems and equipment.
  • •Independently diagnose and fix technical faults in refrigeration technology.
  • •Provide technical consultation and on-site customer instruction.
  • •Document work performed and create service reports.
  • •Work closely with technical support teams and locations in Kirchen Sieg and Jettingen-Scheppach; perform service/after-sales activities mainly in the German-speaking area.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training (e.g., mechatronics for refrigeration, refrigeration systems technician, electrician/electronics technician, ventilation/installation, heating, SHK system technician, or similar technical training).

  • •Experience with customer service/field service is an advantage (career changers welcome).
  • •Experience reading technical drawings and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, customer-oriented communication, and good German skills.
