Job Summary

Lead and supervise technicians in an OEM MRO facility, disassembling, inspecting, repairing and assembling aircraft engine parts per approved data. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform TPM, and support production targets while adhering to EH&S regulations and SAP workflows in a Singapore-based facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
•Ensure technicians perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories in our OEM MRO facility.
•Carry out the work properly for specific aircraft engine parts within the cell with current approved technical data and standard work processes.
•Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
•Carry out Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on equipment.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines.
•At least 2 years of relevant technical experience in the aerospace industry.
•Prior experience as Certifying Staff in a part-145 Approved Maintenance Organization with lapse not exceeding five years.
•Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis; possess CAAS Examination Credits (SAR7 or SAR66) or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licenses.
