Key Responsibilities

  • •Own every insurance program at Fluidstack end to end, from program design and broker selection through placement, renewal, and budget across multiple lines (property, construction, liability, cargo).
  • •Run claims from first notice to resolution, coordinating brokers, TPAs, carriers, and Legal to drive outcomes.
  • •Drive loss control and property risk engineering across operating sites and gigawatt-scale construction, turning recommendations into completed fixes.
  • •Gather and analyze exposure data across a growing fleet and ensure on-time renewal submissions each cycle.
  • •Set insurance requirements in leases, EPC contracts, and agreements; review counterparty terms to prevent coverage gaps mid-claim.

Salary: USD 207,000 - 271,000 annually

  • •Managed commercial property and casualty insurance programs, understanding how property, construction, and liability lines are structured, placed, and priced.
  • •Ran claims to resolution, including large or contested matters, coordinating litigation counsel, TPAs, adjusters, and carriers on strategy.
  • •Experience in property risk engineering, conducting site walks and pushing loss control recommendations through stakeholders who execute fixes.
  • •Built high-volume renewal submissions under hard deadlines using complex, messy exposure data sourced from multiple stakeholders.
  • •Able to read contracts for insurance terms and identify gaps between agreement requirements and actual policy coverage.
