Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate production machinery as required.
  • •Monitor equipment operation, make required equipment changes, and inform maintenance mechanics of mechanical problems.
  • •Act as first level of defense for production floor problem solving before escalating to Supervisor and communicate issues to Supervisor.
  • •Serve as back-up for Production Technicians and as a resource for technical questions and troubleshooting.
  • •Oversee production line operations during the absence of the Production Supervisor while following PQI standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Two (2) years of related experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • •Mechanical ability, manual dexterity, physical stamina, and reading comprehension skills.
  • •Time management, attention to detail, problem-solving, and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to use a personal computer for data entry and successfully complete forklift certification.
