Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and synthesize data from customer/partner feedback and product usage metrics to build cohesive customer pain-point narratives.
  • •Design and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards to surface key metrics and trends.
  • •Influence product and engineering decision-makers to improve customer experience using both data and qualitative analysis.
  • •Partner with cross-functional operations teams to develop key metrics, automate reporting, and implement process improvements.
  • •Organize and monitor key results across product lines, communicating progress and blockers and facilitating stakeholder syncs for alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience building data pipelines using SQL, Python, R, or Scala.
  • •Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Salesforce, PowerBI, and/or Data Studio.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly with executives and leadership and distill complex analysis into messaging.
  • •Experience with analytics/reporting and customer-facing support systems; plus experience with Agile/Scrum/JIRA preferred.
