Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and analyze fleet performance, utilization, availability, and reliability using KPIs and digital tools.
  • •Identify operational, technical, and commercial improvement opportunities from data analysis and maintenance/operation trends.
  • •Generate technical recommendations to maximize equipment availability, reliability, and useful life.
  • •Identify customer needs and propose solutions across equipment, spare parts, maintenance contracts, rebuilds, digital solutions, and value-added services.
  • •Ensure safety, quality, sustainability, and environmental standards compliance and maintain close coordination with customers and internal teams for initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, or a related field.
  • •2–4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, asset management, fleet management, or technical support for heavy machinery, preferably in underground mining.
  • •Knowledge of mining equipment, maintenance, reliability, and asset lifecycle management.
  • •Ability to analyze equipment performance data and generate technical recommendations.
  • •Experience interacting with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
