Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake electrical engineering calculations and system design across all project stages.
  • •Design and develop LV power distribution, small power, lighting, emergency lighting, earthing & lightning protection, electrical containment, fire alarm, UPS, standby power, and coordinate ELV infrastructure.
  • •Prepare technical reports, calculations, design studies, power demand and load assessments, and equipment sizing and selection.
  • •Produce single-line diagrams and electrical schematics, and prepare detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • •Deliver electrical engineering packages, coordinate deliverables with multidisciplinary teams, attend technical reviews and client meetings, and support tender and construction documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
  • •Membership of a professional institution (IET, CIBSE, IEEE or equivalent).
  • •Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Mechanical Building Services Design.
  • •Strong knowledge of local UAE / GCC codes and regulations related to Electrical system design.
  • •Proficiency in design software including Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with DIALux EVO, ETAP, Amtech/Trimble, and Navisworks.
