Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to management and preparation of comprehensive planning and regulatory documents, such as zoning codes.
•Lead and support environmental planning and compliance work, including CEQA/NEPA documents and studies.
•Analyze environmental impacts of project activities for CEQA/NEPA review and permitting.
•Coordinate project tasks among technical staff, subcontractors, and clients.
•Engage in business development activities, including responding to proposals and client engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in environmental planning or related field.
•4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in urban planning, environmental analysis and document preparation pursuant to CEQA/NEPA.
•Valid U.S. Driver's license is required for this role.
•Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
•Experience coordinating project tasks among technical staff, subcontractors, and clients (preferred).
