Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Provide supervision and work direction for operators, material handlers, mechanics, and leads in Amcor’s injection department. Support staffing, daily scheduling, technical assistance, and production goals through analysis of downtime, efficiency, and scrap. Lead shift activities including product changeovers, line clearances, preventive maintenance completion, and monitoring alarms. Deliver daily reporting and timely performance feedback, while minimizing scrap and maximizing efficiency.
