Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate long-term strategy for money-movement solutions and country expansion, choosing where to invest and aligning with company priorities.
  • •Turn market opportunities and merchant needs into clear product requirements, guiding products and features from discovery to launch with scalable outcomes.
  • •Work directly with merchants and Commercial teams to understand complex workflows and uncover opportunities grounded in customer value, regulatory realities, and EBANX economics.
  • •Lead complex, cross-country initiatives across Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial to align around shared outcomes and resolve dependencies.
  • •Maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across concurrent initiatives and measure success through adoption, revenue, and operational performance.
