Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a portfolio of specialty practices/providers from onboarding through activation, adoption, expansion, retention, and advocacy.
  • •Design rollout plans by understanding each organization’s prescription, coverage, affordability, and pharmacy coordination workflows.
  • •Lead practice teams through workflow change by building champions across medical assistants, access teams, practice managers, and clinicians.
  • •Build trusted relationships across practice levels to drive internal advocacy and help shape platform evolution.
  • •Run adoption reviews and resolve provider friction end-to-end, coordinating with Operations and Product and building repeatable playbooks for faster onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •2–10 years of experience working inside or directly alongside provider organizations (e.g., medical assistant, biologics/access coordinator, field reimbursement manager, practice manager, or healthcare implementation specialist).
  • •Strong understanding of clinical and administrative practice workflows, including specialty medications, prior authorization, affordability programs, or pharmacy coordination.
  • •Credibility with practice teams and ability to communicate in their language while guiding workflow change without losing trust.
  • •Strong operational and analytical judgment to manage parallel workstreams, identify blockers, diagnose adoption with data, and see resolutions through.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication across frontline staff, clinicians, provider leadership, and internal teams.
