Head of Internal Audit - IT & Transformation

Lead independent, objective internal audit assurance across Allianz UK’s IT and Transformation portfolio, delivering risk-based coverage of technology and transformation risks. Oversee the audit lifecycle from planning to finding closure, contribute to annual audit planning and emerging risk themes, and communicate outcomes to Executive Management, the Audit Committee, and Board governance forums. Provide people leadership to a team of audit managers and auditors while partnering with IT, Transformation, and central function stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk management, and controls.
