Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store achieves or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability goals using planning and expense control.
  • •Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession of employees.
  • •Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling; maintain store profitability while delivering high service levels.
  • •Oversee merchandise and inventory/shrink performance, including inventory counts and handling incoming/outgoing merchandise.
