Key Responsibilities

  • •Own 75–80% of the Outlet business by managing trading, investments, and OTB in partnership with Inventory Management and the Senior Buying Manager.
  • •Lead planning, forecasting, and management of sales and stock at SKU level across channels, including markdown planning and end-of-season clearance.
  • •Manage and develop one direct report, ensuring deliverables and timelines are clear and driving best practices.
  • •Ensure forecast accuracy aligned with monthly and quarterly financial plans and communicate insights to local and global teams.
  • •Manage the EMEAI assortment strategy, support pricing and promotional decisions, and drive performance against sales and margin targets through in-season trading actions.
