Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Learning & Knowledge Management solutions within timelines.
  • •Develop deployment and adoption plans and monitor progress by leading meetings and aligning cross-functional teams on deliverables.
  • •Create and maintain project documents and plans (milestones, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, risks/opportunities, lessons learned).
  • •Manage employee competence assessment, including gap assessments and gap closure plans.
  • •Support organizational development programs (onboarding, cross-training, competency improvement) across San Diego, Cymer, and Korea factories.
