Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze new lending opportunities and manage the portfolio of existing loans in collaboration with the ABL team and Relationship Managers.
  • •Provide oversight for all aspects of managing a portfolio of asset-reliant and ABL facilities.
  • •Conduct due diligence, collateral and financial analysis, financial modeling/projections, and legal diligence; prepare credit approval memoranda.
  • •Prepare presentations and approval recommendations for internal sign-off.
  • •Ensure compliance and operational risk controls per HSBC and regulatory standards and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Experience in asset based lending or general credit training preferred.
  • •Experience managing a portfolio of asset-reliant transactions with varying complexity.
  • •Strong planning, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • •Ability to work well in a team, build relationships with clients, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
