Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first aid and determine when offsite evaluation is required.
  • •Escort employees to Occupational Health Clinics or Emergency Rooms when needed.
  • •Perform follow-up monitoring to ensure work restrictions and recovery plans are being followed.
  • •Document all incidents thoroughly for reporting and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Active EMT or EMT-B certification in the state of Michigan (required).
  • •Experience in emergency medical response or occupational first aid.
  • •Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with workers, foremen, and safety leadership.
  • •Comfortable working in a construction-site environment.
