Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation of Workday, partnering with stakeholders and implementation consultants through design, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
  • •Own ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday as the global HRIS.
  • •Design and improve scalable People processes, workflows, approvals, and automations across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and optimize new Workday functionality and modules as the business grows.
  • •Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields; partner to improve data quality and integrations across People systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Workday.
  • •Deep hands-on experience administering Workday, including Core HCM.

  • •Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday.
