Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage development and commercialization of assigned products with Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams.
  • •Provide technical expertise to transition design into samples and production while meeting manufacturability, material standards, timeline, and cost-to-target.
  • •Continuously upgrade technical applications and processes and implement new technology in development and engineering.
  • •Supervise development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier 1 factory to prioritize Create to Value and product integrity.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements while role-modeling DEI leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or related areas.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • •Experience in product engineering and development/commercialization processes and timelines.
  • •Experience with pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, and materials processing.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product testing/evaluation, plus ability to read shell patterns and 2D/3D blueprints and BOM/CBD/FCT documents.
