Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical assessment of projects in line with relevant legislation, legal precedent and HMRC guidance to ensure that valid claims can be made.
  • •Undertake property surveys to support claim process.
  • •Preparation of compliant, high-quality capital allowances claims utilising in-house software.
  • •Management of multiple claims for corporate clients.
  • •Effective management of claim process, including liaison with clients, consultants and colleagues to ensure claims are optimised and deadlines met.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant subject, such as quantity surveying
  • •Professional qualification such as RICS or ATT would be beneficial
  • •Experience of the UK capital allowances regime
  • •Experience in a property, finance or construction environment
  • •Experience of working on several projects, whilst able to meet deadlines
