Job Summary

Oversee smooth, high-quality operations in the VIP gaming environment by managing staff and coordinating with Shift Managers and other floor leaders. Support VIP players with special requests, ensure proper table rotations, and maintain service excellence through clear communication, daily KPI reporting, and continuous improvement feedback. Train and mentor new dealers, uphold safety/sanitation and regulatory compliance, and monitor quality, decor, and operations through inspections and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Shift Manager to address immediate staffing issues and ensure efficient operations.
•Coordinate VIP gaming operations within and between departments, working with other Floor Supervisors.
•Handle VIP player special requests, manage table opening/closing per rotation schedules, and support customers and studio staff as needed.
•Maintain communication with Studio Management, reporting issues, customer feedback, and suggestions, including daily KPI reporting.
•Train and mentor new dealers, create and adjust daily shift rotations, and enforce safety/sanitation, internal regulations, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in the Gambling industry.
•Supervisory experience in a high-volume gaming or casino environment, demonstrating strong team management.
•Exceptional English fluency (verbal and written) for professional communication with staff and VIP players.
•Proficiency with computer systems and gaming-related software (Microsoft Office, Windows, Remote Desktop, Teams ecosystem, VNC).
•Thorough understanding of gaming procedures, regulations, and compliance standards.
