Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines enabling automated build, test, and deployment software across multiple enclaves.
  • •Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early in the development lifecycle.
  • •Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) to provision and configure development, test, and production environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
  • •Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to validate support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
  • •Own epics end to end and instrument metrics to show whether the CI experience is improving.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • •Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
  • •Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
  • •Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar.
  • •Working knowledge of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).
