Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact; lead meetings, manage expectations, and maintain relationships.
  • •Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • •Define scope, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables; manage change requests and contract amendments, including commercial risk.
  • •Lead budgeting/forecasting, resourcing plans, schedules, and support invoicing in coordination with finance operations.
  • •Champion quality and health & safety for field and office activities while mentoring junior staff and securing repeat work through delivery and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or related) plus 6 years of related experience.
  • •Deliver geotechnical investigation programs and produce/review interpretive reports and recommendations for analysis, design, and construction.
  • •Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering practice in BC, including site characterization, groundwater, soils/rock, analysis and design, seismic considerations, and construction support.
  • •Proven ability to manage clients, budgets, and schedules in a consulting environment.
  • •Demonstrated strength in technical writing, communication, and interpersonal collaboration.
