Lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Monitor KPIs to hit sales goals, coach and train the team, supervise daily operations, maintain visual merchandising, support inventory/shipping-receiving, and help control shrink and expenses while ensuring compliance and an inclusive environment.
