•Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and target high-potential commercial and premium residential clients; qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
•Sales pipeline development: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads; collaborate with Account Executives to align outreach and closing strategies; monitor pipeline movement.
•Strategic relationship building: Develop relationships with property owners, managers, contractors, and referral partners; represent Occidental Roofing at networking events and industry functions.
•Market intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights; share feedback to refine outreach and sales strategies.
•Collaboration & reporting: Work with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs; provide regular pipeline updates and activity reports to sales leadership.
