Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify energy-saving opportunities through data analysis and site surveys and develop energy-saving projects (including POCs).
  • •Implement and monitor energy-efficient technologies and practices, including tracking energy consumption and utility bills.
  • •Ensure compliance with energy efficiency regulations and standards and prepare regular energy performance and savings reports with KPI tracking.
  • •Manage the lifecycle of MEP assets, including maintenance, repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Oversee day-to-day MEP system operations, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and coordinate contractors while ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical.
  • •7+ years of experience supervising or coordinating Facility / MEP.
  • •Strong understanding of Facility / MEP systems and energy efficiency principles.
  • •Experience with energy management systems and software.
  • •Knowledge of building automation systems and controls, plus ability to communicate effectively and work independently or with a team.
