Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Learning & Development partner for Commercial and Supply Chain leaders to close capability gaps and sustain behavior change.
  • •Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders.
  • •Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • •Lead implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Certified Trainer Program, including Train-the-Trainer.
  • •Develop learning materials and measure learning impact using assessments, feedback, leader feedback, and business metrics.
