Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities, including constructability in design, procurement and contracts, and project and budget planning.
  • •Lead electrical construction execution, ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • •Oversee electrical system installations (substation, transformers, switchrooms, MV & LV, life safety, and related electrical systems) and align designs with client expectations.
  • •Manage electrical subcontractors and conduct full-time on-site supervision and inspections to ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • •Oversee electrical commissioning, testing, documentation handover (test reports, as-builts, O&M manuals), and support final project closeout and delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of electrical construction project management on construction sites, including data center projects.
  • •Proven experience managing large, complex electrical systems installations and commissioning processes.
  • •Expertise with data center electrical systems including HV/MV/LV, substations, switchgear, controls, life safety, and energy management systems.
  • •Proficiency with construction management tools and software such as BIM360, Autodesk applications, and Primivera P6.
