Senior Employment Counsel

Provide day-to-day labor and employment legal advice with a focus on the Philippines, supporting stakeholders with practical guidance to identify and mitigate risk. Draft and review employment contracts and policies, prepare employment documentation and filings, and assist with administrative investigations. Support mediation before the Department of Labor and Employment, coordinate litigation with outside counsel, and partner with the global People team and North America Legal as needed.
