Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day advisory support and counsel on labor and employment matters, including employee data privacy, to help stakeholders ensure compliance.
  • •Draft and review employment-related contracts and policies to align with legal requirements and company standards.
  • •Prepare standard documentation and filings across the employment life cycle.
  • •Assist in conducting administrative investigations and review notices connected to investigations.
  • •Represent the company at initial mediation conferences before the Department of Labor and Employment and manage litigation in coordination with outside counsel.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5–7 years of relevant legal experience with a strong background in Philippine labor and employment law and employee data privacy compliance.
  • •Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
  • •Licensed to practice law in the Philippines with good standing at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and up-to-date Mandatory Continuing Legal Education credits.
  • •Proven experience drafting and reviewing employment-related contracts and policies.
  • •Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations, including the Labor Code of the Philippines and Data Privacy Act.
