Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly and quarterly close activities including inventory valuation, audits, intercompany pricing, and compliance with Internal Control Checklist (ICC), TI policies/procedures, and GAAP.
  • •Coordinate cycle count planning, execution, and follow-up across factories, including cycle count consolidation to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • •Monitor inventory aging and compliance, and coordinate with site procurement and operations teams on inventory compliance requirements.
  • •Collaborate with finance and management teams on periodic reviews and ad hoc inventory analysis.
  • •Lead process standardization and continuous improvement efforts, including automation and partnering with IT on global projects to evaluate and redesign inventory ownership and costing approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience with TI systems and processes and/or operational experience.
  • •Proficiency in SAP, Excel, BPC, Spotfire, and Business Objects.
  • •Fundamental understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • •Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, including GAAP and inventory accounting.
