Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical product development activities including concept generation, design & development, planning, testing, and provide input to advanced engineering using CAE reports (FEA/CFD).
  • •Conduct risk assessment, prototyping and testing of concept designs, initial engineering builds, pilot production, design reviews, verification testing, product validation, and pre-production/launch.
  • •Capture product requirements and work with global SME’s to deliver projects following the product development process.
  • •Solve complex technical problems using structured engineering problem-solving tools.
  • •Drive VAVE projects independently from project scoping to closure, including costing, product teardowns, and idea generation sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •BE degree or master’s in mechanical/automobile engineering/thermal with strong academics.
  • •3 to 5 years of industry experience in mechanical engineering projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with DFMEA, DVP, and test plan development.
  • •Experience in prototyping, testing, and designing structural (load-bearing) components.
  • •Exposure to Pro E (Part, Sheet metal, Assembly, Drawing) and materials sciences/electrical systems.
