Operations and Workplace Coordinator

Own daily workplace operations by coordinating vendors, maintaining office services, and handling basic IT and security needs. Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding/offboarding, employee records, and compliance-related coordination. Assist with travel and expense management and help plan regular team social events. Work onsite in the Bay Area, four days a week, creating an efficient, welcoming employee experience as the team grows.
