Job Summary

Own Europe revenue forecasting and commercial planning across channels (DTC, Wholesale, Marketplace, Distributor) and key markets. Partner with Europe commercial leadership to translate volume, pricing, mix, promotions, and distribution plans into driver-based models, margin trade-offs, and scenario analyses. Lead forecast reviews, performance reporting, and variance storytelling for senior leadership and Global FP&A. Improve forecasting processes, templates, and models in partnership with Global FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

•Own monthly, quarterly, and annual Europe revenue forecasts across channels and key markets.
•Partner with commercial leaders to translate volume, pricing, mix, promotions, and distribution plans into financial forecasts.
•Develop driver-based revenue models for new product launches, expansion initiatives, and promotional events.
•Support decision-making with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and business cases, including growth vs. margin and promotional ROI trade-offs.
•Lead performance reviews and reporting, including variance analysis versus prior forecast, budget, and prior year.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•6–9+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
•Strong experience in revenue forecasting and sales-driven financial modeling.
•Experience in consumer goods, retail, or branded products is strongly preferred.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning systems and BI tools.
