Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute recurring and ad hoc billing activities for assigned markets in line with procedures and SLAs.
  • •Review, validate, and process billing transactions, credit notes, and billing adjustments in SAP.
  • •Ensure invoices are generated, posted, and delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer billing inquiries and discrepancies, liaising with relevant internal teams to complete billing execution.
  • •Perform billing reconciliations and basic analysis of billing trends, exceptions, and operational KPIs while supporting billing transformation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • •1 year of experience in Finance, Billing, Order-to-Cash, Shared Services, or a similar operational finance environment.
  • •Experience working with billing systems and ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
  • •SAP knowledge, preferably SAP SD and/or FI modules.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills and a solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
