Job Summary

Partner with assigned leadership teams to deliver people initiatives that strengthen talent planning, culture, employee engagement, and employee experience. Manage complex, cross-organizational People & Talent projects across areas like succession planning, performance management, change management, and career development. Use HR trends, metrics, and confidential employee-relations investigations to recommend solutions, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning and restructures.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted advisor relationships with assigned business leaders.
•Manage complex People & Talent projects spanning competency models, talent assessment, succession planning, engagement, career development, and performance management.
•Analyze people trends and metrics with the People & Talent team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
•Partner with leaders to improve working relationships, morale, productivity, and retention; enhance culture and employee experience.
•Conduct confidential employee-relations investigations and provide guidance on compliance, workforce planning, restructures, and leadership acquisition.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
•7 years of related experience, including at least three years supporting a client group and leaders as a generalist or business partner.
•Strong understanding of employment law and state/federal compliance regulations for day-to-day people management.
•Experience working with HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Performance Management Systems.
•Ability to apply Excel and other data management/analysis tools to analyze people trends and metrics.
