Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures, coastal infrastructure and waterfront developments.
•Own and manage packages of work, taking accountability for scope, program, technical delivery and client outcomes.
•Coordinate with AECOM teams across Australia and across the globe, leveraging our design capability to deliver complex maritime infrastructure projects, and act as the client interface with port authorities, government agencies and private sector clients.
•Manage project delivery end-to-end, including design and commercial management, programme coordination and multidisciplinary technical integration.
•Provide leadership across maritime and coastal engineering disciplines, ensuring designs align with industry standards and best practice, while mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience as a Design Manager, Technical Lead, Project Manager or Senior Engineer within ports, coastal or maritime infrastructure projects.

•Experience delivering design and planning for ports, marine structures, coastal infrastructure or waterfront developments.
•Demonstrated ability to own and deliver packages of work within major infrastructure programs.
•Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, particularly with port authorities, government agencies or major infrastructure clients.
