Key Responsibilities

  • •HR business partnering to support people and operational needs.
  • •Recruitment support, and coordinating onboarding and induction.
  • •Manage employee relations, including CCMA and labour relations management.
  • •Drive performance management, learning and development, and employment equity and compliance.
  • •Provide HR administration and reporting, payroll and benefits support, and support employee engagement and wellness.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • •Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, or Retail environments.

  • •Represent the company at CCMA-Conciliation and arbitration.
  • •Exposure to manage trade union relationships.
