Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain detailed project and execution plans covering feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Set clear software objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs, coordinating multiple sub-teams and stakeholders.
•Maintain technical understanding of algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure integration with the larger C2 system.
•Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring deployment quality standards are met prior to deployment.
•Serve as primary stakeholder contact by communicating status, risks, and milestones; manage documentation, process improvement, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development for advanced algorithms.
•Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
•Experience working on or alongside a team developing mathematical software (e.g., optimization solvers, estimation engines, simulation frameworks, or applied probability models).
•Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
