Key Responsibilities

•Conduct market research, benchmarking and business analysis to inform strategy development andIdentify macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics and consumer behaviors.
•Analyze C&S information and competitive landscape of the jewelry industry to identify threats or opportunities and inform decisions.
•Support the development of C&S strategy, strategic goals and strategic initiatives, including end-to-end feasibility studies.
•Assist cross-functional workshops with C&S leadership to formulate new strategy and ideate strategic initiatives and functional initiatives.
•Develop detailed project charters with objectives, scope, plan, deliverables, milestones and performance indicators for strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Finance are preferred.
•3 years in consulting with globally recognized consulting firms.
•5 years working experience in operations, analytics or project management positions.
•Proven record working with cross-functional teams and with management or executive leadership to gain alignment and decisions.
•Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity is preferred.
