Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market research, benchmarking and business analysis to inform strategy development andIdentify macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics and consumer behaviors.
  • •Analyze C&S information and competitive landscape of the jewelry industry to identify threats or opportunities and inform decisions.
  • •Support the development of C&S strategy, strategic goals and strategic initiatives, including end-to-end feasibility studies.
  • •Assist cross-functional workshops with C&S leadership to formulate new strategy and ideate strategic initiatives and functional initiatives.
  • •Develop detailed project charters with objectives, scope, plan, deliverables, milestones and performance indicators for strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or Finance are preferred.
  • •3 years in consulting with globally recognized consulting firms.
  • •5 years working experience in operations, analytics or project management positions.
  • •Proven record working with cross-functional teams and with management or executive leadership to gain alignment and decisions.
  • •Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity is preferred.
