Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems, ensuring coverage of business processes and technical requirements.
  • •Develop and execute risk-based test designs with regression pack ownership to maintain high quality and minimize production defects.
  • •Conduct API contract and payload testing to validate integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • •Perform performance and security testing, and lead/coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • •Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, provide actionable quality reporting, and mentor junior team members while reviewing automation code.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce CPQ solutions and related integrations.
  • •Strong Salesforce CPQ configuration skills, including pricing customization, product configuration, advanced approvals, and quote template development.
  • •Experience testing Salesforce CPQ contracts and renewals, including relevant business process coverage.
  • •Proficiency with API testing using Postman and SoapUI for API contract and payload validation.
  • •Experience with performance and security testing methodologies and automated testing using Selenium or similar frameworks.
