Key Responsibilities

•Administer contracting activities to ensure adherence to traders’ commercial terms and manage the full trade life cycle through final settlement.
•Issue accurate trade documents for shipped products, including letters of credit, copy documents, and open account processes.
•Coordinate shipment scheduling across global routes and handle laytime calculations, freight payments, and dispatch/demurrage settlements.
•Assess mark-to-market movements and exposure for open shipments, ensuring letters of credit remain workable across the trade lifecycle.
•Conduct KYC checks for customers and third parties and support monthly shipment status reporting to enable hedging management.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a leading university.
•Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferable but not mandatory.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with diligence and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
