You’ll design polished mobile and web interfaces, converting requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens. Own experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investments while evolving BJAK’s design system. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation, iterate with feedback and testing, and ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
•Turn product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

•Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system for consistency across products.
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementation; iterate using feedback, analytics, and usability testing.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years designing digital products, with strong focus on mobile applications.
•Strong portfolio showing visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
•Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
•Understanding of mobile-first design principles, iOS & Android guidelines, and responsive layouts.
•Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design; ability to simplify complex user journeys.
