Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE each day and ensure readiness for patient visits.
  • •Access daily schedules via modern mobile technology and travel to patients’ homes.
  • •Collect specimens and perform preventative and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, retina exams, ECGs, and diabetic foot screenings.
  • •Label and manage samples, coordinating drop-off to labs or shipment facilities as needed.
  • •Provide compassionate, low-acuity care that prioritizes patient comfort, confidentiality, and quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
