Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical delivery of healthcare interoperability projects from solution architecture through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and post-production support.
  • •Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, biomedical engineers, clinical stakeholders, and third-party vendors to convert clinical workflows into integration solutions.
  • •Install, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Philips IBE, Rhapsody (or equivalent), HL7, DICOM, SQL-based integrations, and Windows Server environments.
  • •Own technical project execution activities including architecture documentation, UAT, cutover planning, hypercare, L2 support, technical governance, and customer communication.
  • •Support presales activities with technical expertise for solution design, proofs of concept, feasibility assessments, and customer presentations, and mentor junior consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years delivering healthcare interoperability or Healthcare IT solutions with customer-facing implementation experience, including UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-live support.
  • •Hands-on experience with Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE) or equivalent interoperability platforms and Rhapsody (or similar interface engines).
  • •Experience with HL7, DICOM, SQL-based integrations, and Windows Server environments, including cloud environment exposure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • •Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese; experience with Agile/SAFe, ITIL, cybersecurity, I2M architecture, or PDLM integrations is a plus.
