•Lead: Guide the full solution cycle — from discovery and demonstration through to technical validation — ensuring a seamless and impactful customer experience.
•Innovate: Develop deep Salesforce product expertise and confidently showcase its value to stakeholders at all levels, from business owners to IT decision-makers.
•Set the vision: Translate complex business goals into clear, actionable recommendations that drive real and lasting change.
•Be a trusted advisor: Build strong, lasting relationships with SMB customers, becoming their go-to guide on the journey to success with Salesforce.
